has received case №1045, according to which citizen DEMENTKO Alina, born 03.03.1995, is accused of committing a crime under Article 43.03 of the Criminal Code of the People's State (sabotage actions on objects of People's Property in the interests of a foreign state and/or terrorist organization). It is known that the citizen was a member of the terrorist anarchist organization (so-called "NOA", "People's Liberation Army") and acted on the orders of foreign intelligence services (American, British).

Suspect's status at the time of arrest: 3 out of 5 (basic, proletariat).

Whether previously degraded by decision of the People's Supreme Court or Zemstvo Civil Assembly: no.

CONCLUSION:

Based on evidence, as well as testimonies of gendarmes and eyewitnesses, in the name of the People's State, the People's Supreme Court of Kharkiv DECREES:

To find citizen DEMENTKO Alina, born 03.03.1995, guilty of committing a crime under Article 43.03 of the Criminal Code of the People's State.

In connection with this decision of the People's Court of Kharkiv, the Punishment Authority is hereby ordered, within 2 days (by August 21, 2026) after the session of the Kharkiv People's Supreme Court, to impose the following restrictions of rights upon her:

1. To downgrade her status from 3 (proletariat) to 5 (rightless bourgeois and/or saboteurs) without the right to subsequent reinstatement.

2. To lower her wealth level from low to expropriated without the right to subsequent reinstatement.

3. For the educational purpose of the citizen whose rights are being restricted, we order her to be PUBLICLY DEGRADED via: a) stripping (clothing to be confiscated); b) binding, collaring, shackling, etc.: secure handcuffs on wrists, hands behind back; insert a gag into the mouth; put on a metal collar type №32, attach a chain leash to it; c) whipping with a lash: from 20 to 50 lashes on the left buttock, from 20 to 50 lashes on the right buttock, from 40 to 100 lashes on the back, from 30 to 80 on the chest, from 10 to 30 lashes on the vagina. The higher figures to be set by voting of the People's Masses. The number of repetitions of the whipping procedures — no more than 3 regardless of the number of lashes inflicted, the number of repetitions to be set by voting of the People's Masses; d) application of inscription-tattoos on the body: "WHORE" on the forehead, above it "DEGRADED"; "ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE'S STATE" above the chest; "CUM" above the mouth, below the mouth apply "PISS"; "CUM IN THE CUNT" above the vagina"; two "CUM IN THE ASS": 1 — left buttock, 2 — right buttock; e) public urination on the DEGRADED PERSON by at least 50 persons from the People's Masses, no limit set; pouring urine into the mouth of the DEGRADED PERSON is permitted in reasonable quantities, not severely harming her body (at the discretion of the EXECUTIONERS).

4. Change of the DEGRADED PERSON's name at that time from "Alina" to "chmokha", change of surname "DEMENTKO" to a serial number: №59. Previous documents and accounting data to be destroyed.

The degradation is to be carried out at the Square of the Great July Strike in Kharkiv within the specified period (by 12:00 August 20, 2026) with the mandatory presence of the People's Masses, the Composition of the People's Supreme Court for case №1045, and EXECUTIONERS. The compilation of the list of EXECUTIONERS is entrusted to the Punishment Authority, the list to be compiled no later than 10:00 August 20, 2026.

After the imposed sanctions, the Punishment Authority is to impose upon the degraded person the SENTENCE, provided for under Article 43.03 of the Criminal Code of the People's State (sabotage actions on objects of People's Property in the interests of a foreign state and/or terrorist organization):

1. To enter chmokha №59 into the Unified Register of Enemies of the People of the People's State for a term of: forever. To impose corresponding sanctions.

2. To transfer chmokha №59 to the custody of the People's Administration of Camps and Places of Concentration for a term of: forever. At the same time, assign her the camp status: STRIPPED OF ALL RIGHTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REHABILITATION for a term of: forever. Conditions of detention for STRIPPED OF ALL RIGHTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REHABILITATION: MOST SEVERE. Place of punishment: Camp "Sosnovka", Aleksandrovsk Oblast.

3. In addition to the acquired camp status, prohibit chmokha №59: a) to wear any clothing except collar type №32, chain leash attached to it, handcuffs, muzzle type №4; b) to have any monetary or any other means or personal property; c) to speak without permission from her personal Master. To impose additional sanctions for violations of the prohibitions in paragraph 3 of the SENTENCE, as provided for by the Camp Code for STRIPPED OF ALL RIGHTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REHABILITATION with MOST SEVERE detention conditions.

4. To set a work quota limit for chmokha №59 to compensate for damage to People's Property. Required amount of work to be compensated: 2 million 300 thousand people's rubles in favor of: the Ministry of People's Property. Norm of payment to the People's State per one working camp week: 1200 people's rubles. Occupation to be assigned: camp prostitute. To evaluate work at the rates: 2 people's rubles — vaginal sex, 5 people's rubles — anal sex, 5 people's rubles — oral sex, receiving golden shower — 7 people's rubles. Bonuses: not provided, introduction prohibited by decision of the Special Session of the Kharkiv People's Supreme Court. To establish that the amount to be worked off cannot be lowered, but can be increased by decision of the Special Session of the Kharkiv People's Supreme Court. Increase or decrease of the norm of payment to the People's State and the rate for the work performed by the STRIPPED OF ALL RIGHTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REHABILITATION is to be done privately by the Special Session of the Kharkiv People's Supreme Court upon personal application of the personal Master of the STRIPPED OF ALL RIGHTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REHABILITATION. Control over the compensation process is entrusted to the bodies of the People's Administration of Camps and Places of Concentration, the report on compensation to be submitted to the Punishment Authority.

THE CONVICTED, according to the procedure established by the Law of the People's State, has the right to appeal: does not have, by decision of the Composition of the People's Supreme Court for case №1045.

Taking into account the decision of the Kharkiv People's Supreme Court on INDICTMENT №90-1, which took place in CASE №1045 on August 19, 2026 (time: 23:13), the Council of the People's Administration of Camps and Places of Concentration under the leadership of the GUARANTOR OF THE CONVICTED'S COMPLIANCE WITH THE IMPOSED SANCTIONS AND EXECUTION OF SENTENCE №90-1, HER PERSONAL RIGHTS FOR THE SPECIAL PERIOD, Sergeant of Internal Affairs SYCHKOVSKIY, Ivan (service ID number: №454999) decrees:
